The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor dining table and a spacious living room with a couch enjoying unobstructed views of the infinity pool and the Aegean sea, 60' flat-screen Smart TV, a fireplace with an additional seating area and a WC.
Ground floor has the master bedroom with a cozy queen size bed. Two from the rest of three en-suite bedrooms have comfortable queen size beds, each with their own private patio that enjoys the shade of a beautiful Acacia tree for moments of solitude and relaxation. The third en-suite bedroom has two spacious single beds specially made for guests that seek extra space and comfort in their sleep.
The upper floor has an individual entranced guest house with a queen size bed, a bathroom with a dome style shower. Outdoors, you can find a private terrace with lounge area & Hot-Tub, offering further privacy and a stunning sea view. Additionally all the bedrooms have an AC unit and en-suite bathrooms with multi-jet shower panels.
