VILLA ERATO 9 MUSES POOL PRIVATES

An amazing villa 4 km from the center of Mykonos in Agios Lazaros.Our villa is in a very quiet location for a special holiday.The beaches and clubs of Mykonos are within a few kilometers from the villa.The villa is suitable for large groups up to 12 people, for families and couples who want to experience the magic of the island.
The main house (125sq meters) is facing west and is at two levels. At top level (main entrance) there is the living area sitting with fire place double soffa converting to a double bed, area with dinning, WC and kitchen (with fridge, dishwasher, electric cooker and micro wave) and table with four chairs. A door is leading to a shaded balcony with full view to the pool, garden and gulf of Ornos which is in continuation to the pool area. The pool is of a nice shape (not rectangular) of 10 m length 5m width and depth from .7m ending to2.8m at the far end overflowing type,with water level being 3 m higher than the level of a big garden (800sq m) swimming while enjoying a nice view of the island and a colorous sunset. The lower level has three masterbedrooms (with their own bathrooms). The two front ones have direct acess to the garden the third having a nice private small veranda formed between the house and the rock. Under the sitting area of the pool and at the garden level there is an indepedent guest house of 40sq meters with sitting room with double soffa which converts to a double bed small fridge, bedroom and bathroom. It is located between the bedroms and the pool. the garden has rocky synthesies with local plants. At the far end there is a wood oven which can be used for either cooking or barbeque. Behind it on the slope of the garden there is sitting area like a 'small' theater where you can be alone far from anybody enjoing the view.
Back to the pool area. There is a big (3m long) monastry table with sitting facility for 12 persons under a wooden pergola. There is also a bar with wash basin. Acess to the swimming pool from the main entrance, the balcony or from the parking area through an old restored Athenian style door. There is a separate sitting area at the far end of the pool and a shower. A staircase takes you down to the garden and the guest house. The pool is accesible only from half its perimeter as its other half is overhanging the garden and has its overflow (like small waterfall). The area of the pool can handle easily over 80 people for drink. The house has electric wall convectors with timers and thermostas. It is fully airconditioned. TV in sitting area and bedrooms. DVD, stereo. It is fully equiped with cooking facilities dishes glasses etc enough to serve 40 persons.

As a guest of this villa, you'll find an outdoor pool, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
