The villa is located in Elia area , just 500 m from the beach . The house is built in 2 levels :

Pool level (lower level) : 4 bedrooms , 4 bathrooms & a kitchenette , outside veranda with sea view & direct access to the pool.

First floor (Upper level) : Kitchen , indoor dinning area living room , panoramic balcony & outside lounge area .

The villa also features parking space for up to 2 cars , free wifi , smart tv in all bedrooms , hifi sound system & it is air conditioned throughout .
