DIM LUXURY VILLA is an impressive newly built, stone villa with private swimming pool just 300 m from the center of the traditional village of Margarites in the prefecture of Rethymno, able to comfortably accommodate up to six people.

The space

VILLA DIM is made entirely of stone, fully harmonized with the surrounding area.

It consists of two floors with luxurious decoration that harmoniously combines traditional with modern elements.

On the ground floor the guest will find a bedroom with a double bed and the possibility of separation into two singles, smart TV, air conditioning and its own bathroom with shower.

On the ground floor there is also a very functional and well-kept open space, with comfortable sofas, 45-inch smart TV, fireplace, dining room for six people and a modern kitchen equipped with all electrical appliances and all the items you will need for its preparation and serving your food.

On the first floor is the second bedroom of the house with double bed measuring 1.80 X 2 m, smart TV, air conditioning and balcony with an impressive view of the green side of the mountain and to the sea.

There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and equipped with all essentials.

Relax in an idyllic environment, overlooking the sea and the green area that surrounds the villa, swim in the 28m² pool, enjoy the sun and nature on the comfortable sun loungers, relax in the comfortable outdoor lounge located in the courtyard.

The village of Margarites is one of the most beautiful villages of Crete, with a rich history and a long tradition in the art of pottery. Walk in the alleys of the village and admire the countless decorative ceramics that are everywhere, live up close the experience of processing the clay, by the experts, who in the traditional way make masterpieces.

In the village you will also find a plenty shops to get what you need during your stay such as, supermarket, butcher, pharmacy and many cafes and taverns with excellent food.
