Set on a generous 600 sqm plot, the villa boasts ample parking and beautifully designed outdoor areas for ultimate relaxation. The 40 sqm private pool, with a depth of 1.4 meters, includes a shallow children’s section, ensuring fun for all ages. Comfortable sun loungers surround the pool, while the fully equipped BBQ station, complete with a refrigerator and sink, makes outdoor dining a delight.

A covered seating space invites you to enjoy the serene surroundings. The dedicated children’s play area and trampoline provide endless entertainment for younger guests, and for added convenience, an outdoor shower is also available.

Interior Features

Villa Elysian 2 features a modern and stylish design, ensuring a comfortable stay with all necessary amenities. There are three bedrooms: the master bedroom has a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a 40-inch TV. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a 32-inch TV, while the third bedroom includes two single beds (which can be converted into a double upon request) and a TV. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and ample storage space.

The spacious living area is beautifully decorated and features a 60-inch TV and air conditioning, creating a cozy yet elegant atmosphere. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances, including an oven, dishwasher, and coffee makers, while the dining area provides everything needed for home-cooked meals. In addition, the villa has a shared bathroom with a bathtub for all guests.

Villa Elysian 2 is ideally situated just 2 km from Panormo, a seaside village with stunning beaches, tavernas, and shops.

The traditional village square of Roumeli is within walking distance, offering a taste of authentic Cretan life with local cafés and tavernas. For convenience, a supermarket is located right above the villa, ensuring easy access to daily essentials.
