Amazing holidays are guarantee in a beautiful 3bedroom villa, just a few meters away from the sandy beach, restaurants and shops ! The brand new villa blends harmoniously with the beautiful landscape and offer gorgeous views of the immense light blue Cretan sea, the city lights and the mountains while the unique and elegant decoration promises days and nights of relaxation and rejuvenation.

This is the first of the two stylish villas situated in this complex which called Lygaries villas. It has been designed to combine functionality and aesthetics in a harmonious way, aiming to accommodate your every need and at the same time bring you peace of mind.

The villa is situated in the picturesque seaside village of Panormo, no more than 50m from the beach and it is completely independent.

It is fully equipped with everything you might need and can accommodate up to 7 people .

INDOORS

It is newly built in 2015 and is tastefully decorated with all modern amenities including satellite TV and DVD player, Wi-Fi internet, air-conditioning throughout as well as a modern fully equipped kitchen.

On the ground floor, you will find a large open-space living room and dining area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a small bathroom with shower and a spacious bedroom with double bed beautifully decorated in romantic style. From the ground floor you can access the garden and the private pool.

On the first floor there are two more sunny and airy bedrooms (double bedrooms and a twin bedroom) with en-suite bathrooms, both opening to large verandas with breathtaking views.

OUTDOORS

The outdoor area is equally attractive with plenty of flowers and a 40sqm private swimming pool. Guests can also relax in the sun loungers around the pool or enjoy a glass of cold orange juice in the al fresco lounge and dining terrace. The colourful garden is harmoniously situated around the private swimming pool.

The outside dining area provides the perfect setting for a dinner or to prepare your meal in the BBQ area, or even at the wooden stove. The terrace and the bedroom balconies are in an ideal location to drink a nice glass of wine and watch the sun set over the Cretan Sea.

This villa with its location and facilities is the perfect base to experience Cretan hospitality and enjoy a relaxing family or friend holiday.

LOCATION

It is set in a really peaceful scenery with excellent sea and sunset views, but in the same time in a five minute walking distance from the facilities of the village. Super markets, "tavernas", restaurants and cafes- all of them in very reasonable prices... and local food of excellent quality!

A sandy beach is only 50 meters away!

Banks, health center, gym, butcher’s and much more can be reached in only 5 min driving in Perama village.

Rethymno city is 20km away!
