The recently renovated farmhouse features an open-plan main room with a king-sized bed, while the cozy side room offers two single beds. There is also a sleepout on the front verandah with a double futon bed.

A verandah wraps around most of the house, with ocean vistas to the front and views of Mt Chincogan and Wollumbin to the back.

The farmhouse is on 30 acres and is located 7 minutes from Brunswick Heads, 8 minutes to Mullumbimby, 18 minutes to Byron Bay. Gold Coast Airport is 35 minutes away and Ballina Byron Airport is 30 minutes away. and The dirt access road has a few potholes but is completely negotiable by any type of vehicle.

Dogs are welcome but must be on lead as cattle are grazing.
During your stay at this farm stay, you'll be within walking distance of Brunswick Heads Nature Reserve.

Inaccurate Description of Property

Great location, with nice views. A modern and clean house. Disappointed to arrive and discover no television, and no wifi. which was really challenging with two teenagers over 3 rainy days. Would not describe this as a two bedroom house, configuration is also inaccurate. Main bed is in open living area with no privacy from kitchen and lounge room. Expected more, and expensive for what is on offer.
