Parking Rules & Regulations

• Motorcycles are permitted. We recommend parking them in the garage

• Upon arrival, call resort security to collect a wristband for each motorcycle. The phone number will be provided in the check in instructions

• No oversized trucks, trailers, or work vans are allowed on the property



Other Things to Note:

Pullout Sofa/Futon Bed



The pullout sofa/futon mattress is thin (3 to 4 inches) and is not recommended for adults. It is suitable only for small children.



Non-Smoking Property



This is a strictly non-smoking property. Per HOA rules, smoking or vaping is not allowed anywhere on the property, including inside the unit, on balconies, or in the pool area.

This condo offers its guests a fitness center. The front desk is open around the clock.

This Myrtle Beach condo is smoke free.
