Summary:

Ground floor, Beautiful, Warm and cozy condo. Very bright and full of light. Located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, built around the Myrtlewood Golf Club ground, just off the bypass.

*Minuets from the beach and all main attractions.

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics (condiments are not included)

*Condo sleeps up to 4 guests.

*PET OWNERS: Only fully trained pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. Please contact me for details.



The Space:

*1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, Very comfortable condo.

*Bedroom with 1 King bed and 1 pullout sofa in the living room.

*Washer and dryer available in the unit.

Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics (condiments are not included) .

*Dining area open to living room.

*Sheets and linens provided.

*Free WiFi and cable TV.

*Pets are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you. Pet fee is $75 per pet.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

*Access the pool with wristbands and pool fob (4 wristbands and 1 pool fob are placed in the kitchen drawer) All wristbands and fob must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband and $100 for pool fob.

*Parking is free.

* motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises.



The Neighborhood:

Beautiful quiet neighborhood, just a mile inland near the heart of Myrtle Beach, positioned around the golf course of Myrtlewood golf club. This location featured with BBQ areas, walking trails, beautiful landscaping. Only few minutes away from the beach, Broadway at the Beach, the mall, airport, convention center, wax museum, lots of restaurants, outlets and night clubs.

10 minutes from airport, 5 minutes from Broadway at the beach, 5 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes from Market Commons, 1 minuet From golf course.

*4 Pool wristbands are counted after each stay. (pool closes on September 1st)

*Charging electrical vehicles is not allowed.

*Please review my house rules.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.

*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)

My husband and I enjoyed a long weekend vacation in Myrtle Beach SC. The condo was clean, very cozy and beautifully decorated! The condo is in a great location near many local attractions.

The property owner is definitely a hassle and rude! They act like the place is at the grand dunes it is mediocre at best, def not the best the place is outdated and has some wear and tear. I’d rather have stayed in a hotel at the beach on the southside and we know what that means!!!

Great accommodations available

This property had all accommodations to make it easy for tourists to be close within being near Myrtle Beach and for this property it had all the accommodations to make a visitor feel at ease; including swimming, grilling, and parking access going in and out of the property. Would definitely recommend to anyone and I would return if visiting again.

Wonderful experience

My husband & father in law stayed here during my sons HS spring training. They were very pleased w.the location. My husband is a picky person when it comes to mattress, but he conveyed that they had no issues w/anything. Said it would be a place he would stay again :)
