The baseboards were dirty and needed fresh paint, as well as some of the walls. There were small holes in the wall and a door that needed repair. The kitchen chairs by the bar were worn and peeling. There were spots on the carpet the blinds were dusty. It was oddly painted with purple and and blue ‘clouds’. The refrigerator and washer were newer and in good working order. We would not rate the accommodations as the site said, 9/10, but rather a 4/10.

Property was very clean. It had no table and chairs for dining. It did not have appropriate pots for cooking. The tv did not have any traditional programming, no major networks, ESPN, CNBC or golf channel.

The property needs updating. It was surface level clean for example the oven was not cleaned out. There were holes in the wall, child writing on a wall etc. This was not disclosed by the property manager. They did disclose a problem with the back door and said it would be fixed later. If we're charged a cleaning fee then everything should be clean. Often times users are held accountable for stains, spots, etc so I take it serious when a residence is not clean. I'm not being picky, I just think it should be fair if that's what paying a separate fee for.
