Oceanfront One room efficiency in Myrtle Beach Resort. The large room has a full kitchen living room and one bath. Queen bed queen, pullout sofa, two small bunk beds built against the wall, all in one room, ocean front in a resort with several pools and a laser river and a restaurant/bar , basketball tennis course and much more . Fifth floor of the Renaissance Tower in Myrtle beach resort. Kitchen living room area all in one room. Queen bed overlooking ocean queen pullout sofa, and two very small twin beds built into the wall all in one room. Please take sheets and towels. (2 Queen beds ( one is a sleeper sofa) two small twin beds) stove and refrigerator and tv. Has free Wi-Fi. Washer and dryer is on the bottom floor in the laundry room. Not in the unit. The resort has several pools, some are heated , a lazy river Jacuzzis, restaurant/bar basketball tennis courts and much more. The gate is charging $10 per night per vehicle for a parking pass. This is paid at the gate. It is an additional charge.

We have stayed here twice now and Leigh is absolutely wonderful! Our other rental from Myrtle beach resort got canceled LAST MINUTE, when we was already in Myrtle beach the day we was suppose to check in and this wonderful host came in clutch and luckily saved the day for us! The condo is very nice, great view and the host is absolutely wonderful all away around! We will definitely stay here again!

Terrible experience

The property was not cleaned before we checked in, there were wet and dirty towels and sheets lying in the bathroom, trash was not picked and the bed as sandy. We were unable to reach the host, tried to find another place but we did not find any other property available in that timeframe. So, we were forced to stay there through the night. Next day we found the hot water was also not working. Had terrible experience staying in this property. This was second time we stayed at this place, we did not have any bad experience in the previous stay but something changed. Would avoid this place in future.

Went well

We were evacuated to due structural damage by the fire marshal. However the host promptly found us other accommodations. It was in no way the host fault this happened. After that the stay went very well.

The resort was filthy upon arrival.My spouse had to clean the entire rental.

Renter was excellent. She cooperated with us & was available whenever she was needed. She did contact us after we called with our complaint.
