Vrbo customer service is horrible. We were sent a code to get into the unit, arrived at 5:00p, code did not work. We called customer services several times to assist with getting into the unit, they kept telling us that they could not get in touch with the owner and there was nothing they could do. They offered to reimburse me and find us another place but could not find anything that could accommodation us. We were outside of the unit until 8pm when we decide to check the back door and it was open. That was the worst experience I had this far in my travels, and I've been travelling since I was 18 and I'm 67 yrs. There wasn't anyone on the property to help the office and club house was closed. We were without restrooms, food and accommodation for 3 hrs. after we arrive in myr. I will be sending this to the owner as well, they need to know how the agency that's handling their property treats their guest.
