This spacious three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo can accommodate up to 10 guests in a gorgeous oceanfront location. The Island Vista property offers a fully equipped kitchen with all stainless appliances and overlooks a large dining table. The dining area opens to the main living space with a sleeper sofa and easy access to an expansive private balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

The master suite includes a king-sized bed, access to the oceanfront balcony and a private bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower. A second bedroom has two double beds while the third bedroom has the option for a king-sized bed or split into twins. There are two additional bathrooms with shower/tub combos and luxurious vanities. There are four flatscreen tvs in the condo along with a washer and dryer and in room safe.

Perfect Getaway with fam and friends

Literally ON the beach

Beautiful and spacious property that is literally ON the beach. Step outside and there is the clean and spacious pool with fun sprinklers and a little lazy river. A few more steps and you’re on the beach. Convenient areas to wash your feet and boogie boards when you’re done - and then just run up to be in the shower! It was so convenient to do all this with kids and a larger group! The indoor space itself is also great! View from the balcony is perfect and entirely unobstructed! Can even see the sunrise to the left if you get up early enough. This area is also a few miles away from the proper boardwalk so was quieter and felt like a private beach. Able to get to the busy boardwalk with a 7 minute drive. Property manager didn’t email me anything until I specifically asked for info but once there the check in process was easy! Overall was a little expensive but you get what you pay for in terms of convenience, space, and an amazing view!

Great Mini Vacation

The condo we stayed in was exactly as listed. It was also in a nicer residential area. The beach was not packed either since we were not right next to a bunch of other condos. The overall experience was fantastic. It's probably one of the best condos I've stayed at.

Condo was clean, photos accurately showed the living space. Had a wonderful visit. Parking garage is very tight and stressful to get in and out. Dishwasher needs to be replaced not certain water is getting hot and drying component not working.

Cool spot in the cut of Myrtle Beach. Off the beaten path in a residential area. I like that. The staff was really super friendly and helpful. It was clean and as advertised.

Confirm floor and pictures are accurate

Booked on VRBO, stainless steel kitchen appliances and higher floor views in pictures sealed the booking for us and in laws. Arrived and was put in a 2nd floor unit above pool, kitchen and appliances were yellow,older and nothing like pictures on VRBO. Front desk moved us to a higher floor and said pictures are stock and may not always be what is in rentals, they have no control to force owners to upgrade items. Higher floor unit had the view we expected and also the same yellow, older appliances and had a strong smell of curry, but views was a selling point when we booked the rental as in-laws wouldn’t be down to beach a lot. Maintenance staff and overall staff outstanding, Grounds, pools and beach very clean. Unit was very clean just wish the pictures we used to book matched what we paid for.

Perfect Family GetAway Beach Front

The place is awesome! The location is great and probably the cleanest place on the beach.

Renting the property was easy, paid the deposit and the remaining balance when I arrived. The front desk was the nicest people ever. Steven helped me and was the most patient guy. I appreciate his professionalism.

Island Vista

A great place to stay for a family or a couple. There was plenty of pools, even for the little ones. I was impressed with how clean the pool area was. The only flaw was the cleanliness of the room, the large area rug was dirty. Our baby is just at the crawling stage and after crawling around for 5 minutes, her little feet, knees and hands were dirty.

Beautiful condo. Decorated well and extremely clean. Property was fabulous and restaurant was wonderful. Resort was very safe so our kids had their freedom, which was wonderful. Only negative thing I will say about unit is the Air conditioning was not cooling unit well at all, and two bedrooms tv’s didn’t work. Simple fixes. Other than that we loved our trip and will definitely be staying here again!

Spectacular

This condo was VERY well appointed with wonderful furniture, linens and decorations. Probably one of the nicest places we've ever rented. The pools and tiki bar were fantastic and only 10 steps to the beach. Wonderful in every way.
