This property was more than I expected. My husband and I enjoyed the hot breakfast each morning. The cleanliness of the hotel and rooms was very good. The staff was very friendly.The beds were comfortable as well. Overall very pleased and will stay again.

Everything was good for the most part. Only issues was the door to the room was difficult to close. You had to put your whole body into the door to get it to close. Then it was difficult to open. The other issues was when you flushed the toilet the water would spray out of the toilet.

The check-in process is extremely slow. No coffee available in the lobby when they claim it's available 24 hours. Bathroom full of problems. When showering, I could not help but repeatedly hit my arms into the long vertical handle in the middle of the tub, so I had to stand sideways. Then I noticed how the shower curtain would not stay shut, no matter how many times I closed it. Slippers and the floor got wet from that whole ordeal. I had to use the thin bath towels to wipe up the floor. Proceed to use the sink with water leaking around the faucet, ok until I realize it's running to the edge of the sink and dripping on my feet. I called the front desk to report problems, only to be told that no maintenance people were available until the next day. Before I left, I noticed bloody-looking handprints down the molding in the bathroom. The place would not have been so bad if it weren't for all that.

I Wouldn’t Come Back

First family vacation with my fiancé and bonus daughter . Worst experience ever. Didn’t appreciate the customer service before we checked in nor did we appreciate it when we arrived. I won’t be back. The room was outdated and had a horrible smell. Doesn’t look anything like pictures on website to ME !!

Dirty floors ruined it for us

Floors were very dirty. Don’t walk around shoeless. We dropped some water on floor and the white towel mopping it up ended up turning dirt black. Disgusting. Service and breakfast were great though. Front desk was very pleasant
