This true 1-bedroom condo offers a rare sense of privacy with a full separation between the bedroom and the main living area. With 2 full-sized beds in the bedroom, a full-size wall bed, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room, the unit comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests without ever feeling crowded.



When you arrive, you’ll find the main entry labeled 639/640. Walk through the main door into a small shared foyer, and to your left is your private unit, 639!



Step inside and you’ll pass through a hallway that leads to the heart of the condo. On the right is the main bedroom, where you’ll find two full-size beds, a mounted TV, nightstand, closet and dresser for storage, and even your own private AC unit. The attached private bathroom features a tub/shower combo, a large vanity with ample counter space, a mirror, hair dryer, and everything you need to refresh after a day on the beach.



Continuing through the unit, the fully-equipped kitchen is centrally located and features full-size stainless steel appliances, including a fridge/freezer, stove, oven, mounted microwave, and sink. There's plenty of cabinet and counter space, and the kitchen is stocked with the essentials, cookware, utensils, dishes, and glassware, making it easy to whip up a quick breakfast or a full meal. Of course, if cooking isn’t your thing, you're just a short ride away from some of the best restaurants Myrtle Beach has to offer. Food delivery is also a breeze, with Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates readily available throughout the area.



Just past the kitchen, you'll find the second full bathroom. This convenient space includes another tub/shower combo, a sink with oversized mirror, toilet, and a hair dryer, giving everyone plenty of room to get ready without waiting.



The living room is the highlight of the condo, offering gorgeous oceanfront views and a bright, open space to relax. It’s comfortably furnished with a queen sleeper sofa, coffee table, accent chair, dining table and chairs, and a large mounted TV with basic cable. The full-size murphy bed pulls down easily for extra sleeping space and tucks away when not in use. But the true showstopper is the oversized oceanfront balcony, perfect for sipping coffee at sunrise or watching dolphins play in the waves. This 6th-floor unit offers some of the best views in the building, with a front-row seat to the Atlantic. Whether you're planning a beach adventure or a quiet escape, you’ll love the peaceful vibe and unbeatable location.



We’ve thought of everything to make your stay simple and stress-free. All linens, bedding, towels, and toiletries are provided, along with starter sets of shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. Each bathroom comes stocked with 8 towels and 8 washcloths to keep everyone comfortable.
