DO NOT WASTE YOU MONEY ON THIS PLACE IT IS EXTREMELY RAN DOWN POOR CONDITIONS.THE PULL OUT BED HAD A HUGE BLOOD STAIN ON IT !!! AND STANDS ALL OVER THE COUCH ITSELF.I WAS DISGUSTING THAT I CHECK IN AND RIGHT BACK OUT !!!!

They are remodeling the whole thing so I am sure it will be nice when they get it finished, the beds were comfortable just not the size we needed. It was in a great location and the staff was wonderful ! We would stay here again.
1.Wall socket for TV not working
2. No chairs in the room
3. Old and runned down buildings and amenities
4. Dog feces on the grounds
*More like a $30 per night hotel. I wish I would have waited until I arrived here to book a room. There are way better and more quality options on the beach front as well at lower prices. Definitely not worth $90 plus dollars per night…
With all of the negative matters associated with the facilities, the staff (especially the maintenance and cleaning staff) were very helpful and accommodating. They are not to be blamed for the poor quality of this location. These are upper level management and/or owner(s) issues to resolve. Selena was very nice and helpful.
Paid oceanfront double bed when we arrived we was told the room is first come first serve and my type of room which was double bed was not available. Call center for this hotel chain is a joke at 10pm not even they could reach the front desk and no resolution insight or care to resolve stating they would escalate and email me. 9hrs away from home and that was the response. They had 2hrs to make it right and at midnight I had to hope around to find a hotel on site. So no excuses can be said. I called 3x and was given run around by the call center as the front desk could not do anything to resolve but offer a smaller room with parking lot view and who was sleeping on the floor from our group.
Extremely Disappointing Experience – Do Not Recommend
I booked a stay at this hotel and informed the front desk ahead of time that we would be arriving late due to weather and traffic delays. They told us no one would be at the desk at that hour, but security or someone else would be available to provide our keys.
When we arrived, both entrances to the parking lot were roped off. We had to park at the adjacent hotel and walk over, only to find the entire property completely unattended. We called the provided number multiple times with no response. We also contacted the booking support line, who attempted to reach the property manager but had no luck. They advised us to keep calling every 15 minutes. By this point, it was 5 AM.
With no access to our room and nowhere else to go at that hour, we ended up sleeping in a Walmart parking lot. We eventually received a refund through our booking site and found another hotel.
This was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I’ve had with a hotel. I strongly recommend avoiding this property — I certainly will never attempt to book with them again.
Let me say first that I’ve never left a review for a hotel stay but feel that this one needs it. When we arrived at check in, we were told the elevator wasn’t working which for us wasn’t a deal breaker. When we get to our room we realize there are no towels or washcloths and no toilet paper. There was also no wi-fi and the TV wouldn’t work. There wasn’t a number for the front desk anywhere in our room so I had to get in the car and drive a few buildings down to the office. Later in the evening we went to place items in the refrigerator and there’s stuff in there from the previous people who stayed. When we went to get in bed, the bed had sand in it but luckily the other bed didn’t. The next morning we went out for the day but when we got back that evening we noticed a large puddle in the floor where water was leaking from the ceiling which happened to get on my wifes suitcase, clothing, and other belongings. I’ll add that whatever it was that was leaking ruined her suitcase and a brand new pair of shoes. Some other things to note. There was trash on the balcony, also the ice cream truck that would park and play music beside our hotel for long periods of time got pretty annoying. You’ve heard the song. Imagine hearing it for an hour or longer. We understand that it’s a budget hotel but still should be clean and functional. At checkout, I notified the front desk about some of these issues but was told that I would need to notify third party booking.
No place to park due to on going renovations and they block off the main area to park after dark. Best bet park your car and Uber so you have a place when you get back. Pool was not impressive nor was the ocean access, no where to wash up after leaving the beach. No tv in the room, but I had a channel guide for the tv I was missing 😂. Oh and just no the front desk never answered the phone or any messages off hotels.com. Asked for a week prior what to do at check-in since it said place does not have a front desk. Still went and rolled the dice but was worried about it up to the last second. I know you get what you pay for and I only did it because it was just me. Would not take the family.
Could not get into room door lock was busted was not the room i reserved was not beach front like advertised there was no tv or fridge for my daughter's insulin was verry hard to get my elderly father to the room when asked for another room or to fix the one we were in all they would say was we dont have any more rooms and brushed me off i want my money back was the worst hotel ive ever seen i feel scammed or down right robbed
