We liked the pool area and the acess to the beach, we had an issue with the toilet back flowing out and flooding in to our bed room, had to wait for the next day for maintenence to fix the issue after the manager was contacted since the first maintenence guy didnt do anything but clean up the mess and go. Other then that it was a great place, busy elevators and ya have to be quick because the doors shut fast.

My family and I stayed for almost a week and over all was pretty nice. Each room should at least have a broom to sweep up all the sand that gets brought into the rooms. But overall the rooms were nice. The pools were kept clean. We did have an issue with one hotel employee telling my father to stop taking pictures of his grandkids at the pool, took that up with management and they handled it quick and professionally. We will definitely book again at this resort in the future.

I booked the hotel from the pictures. When I arrived I was checking in and the girl had an expression on her face and I knew something was wrong. She had to get a manager to come and do something on the computer and the manager said that they were really busy. They put my accommodations two buildings down from the main Hotel I thought I was staying in. Since I was two buildings away from the main Hotel I didn't use any of the amenities of the hotel because I didn't want to walk that far to go to the pools and the slides the building stayed in was only four stories I was on the bottom level where I had to walk up two steps just to get to the main pool didn't have a great view of the ocean it was an older Hotel I believe it was called the Jamaican. The next day housekeeping didn't come and I had to call that night to remind them to come the next day. I don't know if I will book with orbits again I've always used orbits but I think it's better to book from the hotel because they are going to give you the better room then the discounted orbit room

Staff was great, But the building we stayed at could use some renovation. Elevator was broke, door to my room had a crack you could see through. Lock would hardly lock. With that I didn’t feel safe. Had to put chair at the door and sleep with my gun in the nightstand. Balcony door was hard to open and close, lock was hard to lock, door was off a little. Floors were dirty and hadn’t been swept or moped . Arcade machine to purchase cards was broke, kids couldn’t place any games. Could not get the tv on a local channel. I would not stay at the hotel again. At least not the Jamician building.
