The stay was very pleasant. We especially enjoyed the outdoor covered hot tub and walking on the beach from our first floor room whenever we wanted. Our room was spacious, clean, and accommodating for 3 people. The breakfast was amazing every day. We loved it. Thank you.

Stayed in the North Building. Experienced problem with numerous roaches and reported to front desk. Was told no other rooms were available but was informed that pest control came and serviced the room while I was out. Roach problem still was noticed a day later- small and medium size. Was very uncomfortable during my remaining visit. Had to inspect all my items one by one before leaving and taking them to my vehicle. Very disappointed.

Our family stayed at this hotel for our family trip. Upon arrival I was greeted by friendly staff. The room upon appearance seemed cleaned and comfy. Our room included 2 Queen sized bed. The small refrigerator and counter top stove came in handy. Our TV came on but it didn’t pick up any channels other than the guide channel. I later discovered a baby roach mashed on the wall in the bathroom. When we woke up the next morning there was a roach in the refrigerator. Since we were checking out the next day I didn’t make a fuss out of it. I didn’t see anymore during our stay. I stayed in room 103 which was very close to the pool. Had there not been roaches in my room the stay would have been great. We received free breakfast passes to eat at the restaurant across the street. The restaurant was really good and had friendly staff as well. Some (not all) of my family also experienced roaches in their room along with ants. Although the front desk staff during the day was nice I won’t be booking with this hotel again. Although the hotel appeared clean and it’s right on the beach, they need to have their room deep cleaned and exterminated for insects before I would even consider staying here again.

Parking felt safe. However, parking elevator did not work Saturday. Which was hard for older person with health issue climbing 4 fights of stairs a few times that day.

The room and included breakfast was one of the best we have ever had at motels. The location was great. The only thing we did not like was Checking in and out. Desk clerks were great. However, there was a problem getting your car in the registration area and shortage of luggage carts. With such a small area to park for registration, the motel might want to stagger check-in and check-out times to avoid issues for their guests.

I enjoyed my stay at the Carolinian. The room was clean and the balcony had a nice view of the ocean. It is easy to walk to several restaurants and the boardwalk.
