Front Desk lady was nice but did not give me king bed I reserved online, elevator is in very poor condition and furniture inside the room was full of stains and blood

They are very unprofessional. I booked for two days and only used 1 day and I was told I can’t get back my refund for the day that wasn’t used even thou the refund was requested in the 24 hour time frame. They are a bunch of unprofessional scammers. I hate the experience.

I did not like the fact that I had to use a plunger to flush the toilet. At breakfast there was no juice , they had run out of juice. It was simply a place to lay your head, nothing memorable.

The TV and phone in my room weren't working and I had to be moved to another room. I received several text messages, but no one ever responded. I had to physically walk to the desk to get in contact with a staff.member. The bed was very uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on a pullout sofa.

This location had roaches and couldn’t been cleaned well I have stayed at the Broadway location many times and never experienced roaches should get a refund or a credit for another stay at a different location
