Water leaking in lobby and hall way an had to take cold showers. They didnt even offer a different room and inly had 19 guests total. Phone didnt workvso had to keep goingvtobthe lobby
The room smelled just like marijuana the hallways smelled like mildew the front desk clerk was rude and not helpful the last night I slept in my car I couldn’t take it
Elevator was broken in a six story hotel! Hot tube was closed because of poop in the water and staff would not clean it. Clients on our floor were swearing and yelling till 2 am and no response from staff. Overall it was a horrible stay! We’ve used La Quinta for years and I can’t believe how bad it has gotten. We won’t use them anymore….ever!

Smells nasty and unclean.
Fridge did not work.
Elevator broke and was not operable for 2 days
When we arrived, the bikers had overcrowded the whole hotel, there weren't any rooms available. We were told by Phyllis that we'd receive a full refund & go elsewhere!

You get what you pay for. Overall, the hotel isn’t really maintained well but the hotel was good for 1 night. Listed as a smoke free hotel but the hallways and elevator reeked of smoke. The lock on our door was halfway broken.
The room I was in tv didn’t work the first night, however it was replaced the next day. Once reported. The water didn’t get that hot. Also it was not a lot of options for breakfast.
I canceled my reservation late evening when I was scheduled to check in. Due to bikers weekend, around 6:39 pm on Sunday, I could not get into the property. The entire property (parking area) was packed with motorcycles, cars belonging to people not staying at the hotel but ready for a major party. I finally got in the property went straight to the office and cancelled my reservation. It was evident a major party was gearing up. Very disappointing driving 4+ hours from North Carolina and cancelled my nights stay because the property showed no interest in protecting its out of town guest.
I was upset the decided not to serve free breakfast advertised because it was “Black Bikers Week” going on which meant there would be a crowd but that still doesn’t mean you shouldn’t serve food because of an event especially one that’s specifically a certain race .
It could have been better as far cleaning the hallway had carpet and I have allergies the room chairs had stains, and y’all need to have the elevator cleaned better, no I wouldn’t stay there again I was content for the moment….. needs better service….
