We had a great time!

The front desk clerk was so sweet! She answered all my questions, welcomed us warmly, and any issues we had were quickly addressed. The room was right by the pool with a door access directly to the pool and beach! This hotel was a great hidden gem

The front desk was rude and unhelpful. The room looks decent on camera but the state was not good our towels weren’t even ready when i got there and the beds! have bed bugs i got bit all over my arms and i expressed my concerns and they had someone come do a bs check WHEN THERES PROOF ON ME! 0/10 don’t recommend.

Needs updated and enforce smoking policy

Needs updated really bad! The location is the view is great but the room wasn’t very nice. The bathroom is horrible, the stove I won’t even try it. They don’t enforce the no smoking policy. People where smoking sfo much in the hallway that I had to put a towel under the door to stop the smell from coming in.

Very nice, friendly staff. The building is old and the rooms need updating. However, the price is right. I stayed for the month of February and I was comfortable. The views of the ocean and the morning sunrises were spectacular. The room had a full size refrigerator which was helpful for a long stay. I had to buy a new Mr. Coffee machine and I left it there for the next guest. Morning coffee is most important. Enjoy!

This hotel is an under average hotel.

If you are traveling with your dogs not the right hotel for you. They are not pet friendly. The room i was in needs to be revenorated. Ceiling had chipped paint, walls had chipped paint and the floating floor was coming up in places and would trip you up. They need to update their furniture and beds need replaced.

The ocean view was gorgeous except the fact the room we were given was completely gross from the floors to the shower needed clean the hotel needs to be fully redone it smells of mold

There was limited handicap parking. The night desk clerk was great but the day manager was not. I called to ask if I could get a late check out and was told no we needed to leave at 11:00 because they had a full house and needed to clean the room. I checked on Expedia and there was 5 rooms available for that day. If she said it was the hotels policy that would be understandable but she could have sold me another night but that is not what happened. Very disappointed.

I booked last minute due to an unexpected situation. The women who work here are absolute dolls and go above and beyond for you. Very reasonable prices for an ocean view room, comfy bed and comforting room as a whole. Highly recommend, especially for solo travelers who don't need anything fancy. Will definitely be coming back next time I travel to Myrtle Beach.
