Guests will have full and private access to the entire ground-floor condo during their stay. This includes all living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, and the private patio with direct access to the pool and nearby BBQ grill.
You’ll also enjoy access to all community amenities, including multiple outdoor pools and shared BBQ stations. Free parking is available for one or two vehicles directly in front of the building for added convenience.
The condo is located in a secure, resort-style community with 24-hour security, allowing guests to relax and enjoy a safe, comfortable stay.

To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please review and follow these house rules:
• No pets allowed
• No parties or events
• Maximum occupancy must be adhered to at all times
• Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• No smoking or vaping inside the condo or on the balcony
• No trailers, watercraft, motorcycles, buses, or motor homes are permitted anywhere on Magnolia Pointe properties
Violation of these rules may result in additional fees or removal from the property without a refund, in accordance with VRBO policies.

This property is located in a community with strict HOA and city enforcement policies.
The City of North Myrtle Beach actively enforces a Nuisance Party Ordinance, and violations may result in police involvement, fines, or removal from the property.
By booking, you agree to the following:
No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed
Strict quiet hours must be observed (no excessive noise at any time)
No overcrowding beyond the approved number of guests
No illegal activity, including underage drinking or substance use
Parking must follow community rules and must not block access or traffic

Removal from the property without refund

During these times, the Magnolia Lake Drive and Magnolia Pointe Lane entrances will be roped off, and security guards will be stationed at the Luster Leaf Circle entrance.
Vehicle Restrictions:
Trailers and recreational vehicles—including campers, motor homes, buses, jet skis, boats, motorcycles, mopeds, scooters, Slingshot-style vehicles, and commercial vehicles—are not permitted to be parked or stored on the property. These vehicles may only be driven directly into a garage and must remain fully enclosed with the garage door closed. Please note that fines may be issued for any violations.
ELEVATOR UPDATE:
Please note that elevator modernization began on April 20 and is expected to take a minimum of 4 weeks. During this time, there may be limited or no elevator access. We appreciate your understanding as these improvements are completed
