They promote these things that they have like pool bar, spa, etc. & those things never stay open. So, it’s sad that you have to go to the resort next to it to get any type of service. I will def be coming back to Myrtle beach but not to grande beach resort.

Hotel was really nice just didn't like that there are no doors to the rooms and the bands can be itchy and a little aggravating And parking was a little tight and crazy

Meh. Minimal maid service. Check before you book.

Location is great, facilities clean. We booked a standard suite and while we had a separate bedroom, there’s a short hallway to the living room where the kids were on the pullout sofa so zero privacy. Unbeknownst to me my reservation only included service every 2 days which I discovered after leaving all the dirty towels on the bathroom floor. We were given clean ones. Evidently their idea of maid service is dropping off towels and emptying garbage. Beds unmade, bathroom and tub a mess! Staff were friendly.

Not bad

The room was extremely nice and met our needs. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The noise from the bar was deafening while trying to sleep. The restaurant food was not worth the money they charged.

It was over all ok. Not great but also not bad. It was ok for the 3 nights I was there but was ready to come bk home. Pretty clean. I have no complaints. Probably wouldn’t stay there again bc I enjoy premium comfort but definitely not that bad.

This was our first time staying here and I have to say we absolutely loved it rooms was little smaller than I imagined but everything was clean staff was absolutely amazing didn’t get the name of the lady who checked us in but she was amazing and helped us through out our trip my only complaint is I wish they had a laundry place on site

Let me shed some light on this "Resort" Please save your time amd money when even thinking about booking here. Imagine driving over 7 hours to what you think is going to be a pleasant stay at a location where you can relax and be at peace. Well think again... for starters we get here and the hotel is essentially a pig with lipstick on it. Our fridge did NOT work throughout our stay. It wasn't until i had to unplug our microwave just for it to function just enough for our drinks and food to stay somewhat "cool". We were lucky enough to have a functioning AC unit while other family members in different rooms had to deal with room temperature air the entire stay. The bathroom was definitely given a "landlord special" and had mold growing in the cracks of the shower door. The ventilator fan was also not working making it a sauna nightmare making it impossible to air out after a shower. I will never book this hotel ever again when i come back to myrtle. Proceed with caution.

There was good and bad. Did I have a nice time… yes. Would I go back… probably not. Good.. the room was overall. Pretty and spacious. The view… breathtaking. The pool was nice during the day. The not so good…. The area in front seems kind of rundown. The hotel itself is a bit dingy. The place to put your bags if you get there early was glass and not watched or ticketed. Smelled heavy of weed most places. Pool area was nice but the surrounding smelled moldy /dingy. There were cockroaches or something very similar all around the pool at night. No replacement towels!! The rooms were very nice but you could tell starting to fall apart bc of cheap materials. The thing that botheredme most… we paid for a late check out. Not once but twice cleaning crew bursted through our door without warning. They obviously did not know. After the second time we no longer felt secure leaving our stuff in our room so we checked out early than we should have. This snowballed into a really bad afternoon. If we had stayed, we wouldn’t have gone to the airport so early and found out about our delay while still there and could have had one last beach day. Instead we were at the airport for 7 hours . The food was ok at the small restaurant . Not horrible but a tad overpriced . Should be expected. They offer free sunglasses for a 5 star review but my husband declined because he just couldn’t. Not the worst place but certainly not the best. If we ever come back to MB we will hopefully stay somewhere nicer.

I booked this place with two other adult friends, and we loved it. Grant Resort was clean, affordable, had good beach access, and had a nice bar and fun atmosphere without being overcrowded. It's also very close to the airport and an easy rideshare to other destinations in Myrtle Beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Horrible place to stay!!

The rooms are not as described on website, the rooms have no doors, there was trash between fridge and sink area. No housekeeping until it was discharge time. Was given a room I did not ask for. Manager appeared to be on drugs and was rude. There were drug smoking at the pool around children. My stepdaughter and I skin got irritated after sleeping in the beds. Very dissatisfied. The website had me excited and then disappointing when arrival. There were a plenty of dissatisfied customers. Will never stay there again.

The rooms were very dated. The smell was definitely like a musky pet smell, and dresser drawers kept rolling out. I did notify front desk and they were out of other rooms which i understand. I have stayed in better for the amaount i paid. The access to the beach was the best part. I would stay again as Everything else was decent.

No chair in the bedroom. No place to put the soap or body wash in the shower. No ice bucket. Two (2) forks were all the dinner ware. Walls were thin and neighbors were noisy until early morning. Loud and God-awful music came from the pool bar all day long.
