I came her to celebrate my sons birthday. When I got there after driving three hours my room wasn’t not ready(check-in time is 4:00pm) and when we got to the room it smelled horrible! It smelled like someone used the bathroom in the corner and the scent was stuck there and it was trash inside of the trash bin so I don’t think it was cleaned properly. Maybe it was the rush of wanting to get the room quickly since it was already wasn’t ready. The view was nice though.

We reserved the 2 br suite….very disappointing….we assumed it also had 2 baths….it didn’t. AND neither bedroom had a DOOR. Really !! The bathroom very poor. The entire suite was poorly designed. Do Not Rent it !

The lady that says she was the manger has a nasty attitude and didn’t help with any issues I had. On top of her attitude there she also works at the mini mart and had a nasty attitude again. Like just rude as hell. I had to stay in a room with a two year old with open wires. The patio doors don’t lock. I had to demand they fix the security latch on the room door because it was broken.

Hotel lobby smells so good! Room is kind a clean. Bed sheets have some stains. Ocean front balcony is really good. We were expecting of large containers for shampoo, conditioner and body was but it was just small containers that is not enough for our 3 nights and 4 days stay. Good thing we have our own toiletries. Poolside bar is really nice for some relaxation. Hotel area is near minimarts, good food and near airport.

The rooms were covered up some what clean the sinks were clean ,the top cover on the beds were clean but the sheets and floors were dirty. Called for clean towels never got any then the front desk stopped answering the phone. I will never again. A ok price for a holiday weekend other than the price nothing else satisfying

Everything was fine with my stay. Only thing was the bar wasn't open on my visit, but it's advertised. I never got my deposit back, so I'm out of $150 after I made their house keeping job easy. All they had to do was sanitize cuz we removed all bedding for them and put it in a pillow case. We didn't smoke in the room either. So I don't think I will book another stay with them. As my and my partnerwalk the strip we saw alot and we plan to visit SC again this year.
