Loved the oceanfront balcony on the 6th floor! Views were spectacular and also love the easy parking, cleanliness of the room and the convenience of a kitchen area. This was my 7th time staying here in the last 5 years and won’t stay anywhere else!

We reserved a ocean site suite, but was put on first floor which is so low barely see the ocean. Asked for higher floor, was given a higher floor for only first night and promised to let us know next day before 11:00am. Nothing happened til 12:30, and the management turned really mean and rude

WiFi kept going out on the tv so I had to turn off and on a lot. Could not get answers to my questions because the staff I approached did not speak English well. In the cafe at breakfast the waffle maker exploded on me ruining mine and my daughter’s clothes for the day. Maid service could have been better

The staff were professional, helpful, and friendly. I had a Double Queen bedroom with kitchenette and balcony oceanview. Rooms were clean. We had an issue with the bathroom sink, however, we notified the front desk and the issue was fixed immediately. We enjoyed our stay, however, we were disappointed that the pool bar was not open during our stay and the dining options were limited. Overall nice property.
