Beautiful, Warm and cozy condo. Very bright and full of light. located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, built around the Myrtlewood Golf Club ground, just off the bypass, minuets from the beach and all main attractions.

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics (condiments are not included)

*Condo sleeps up to 4 guests.

*PET OWNERS: Only fully trained pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. Please contact me for details.



The Space:

*1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, Very comfortable condo. Bedroom

*1 Queen bed and 1 pullout sofa in the living room.

*Washer and dryer available in the unit.

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics (condiments are not included) .

*Dining area open to living room.

*Sheets and linens provided.

*Free WiFi and cable TV.

*Pets are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place.

*Access the pool with wristbands and pool fob (4 wristbands and 1 pool fob are placed in the kitchen drawer) All wristbands and fob must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband and $100 for pool fob.

*Parking is free.

* motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises.



The Neighborhood:

Beautiful quiet neighborhood, just a mile inland near the heart of Myrtle Beach, positioned around the golf course of Myrtlewood golf club. This location featured with BBQ areas, walking trails, beautiful landscaping. Only few minutes away from the beach, Broadway at the Beach, the mall, airport, convention center, wax museum, lots of restaurants, outlets and night clubs.

10 minutes from airport, 5 minutes from Broadway at the beach, 5 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes from Market Commons, 1 minuet From golf course.

Car, taxi, Uber



Other Things to Note:

*Charging electrical vehicles is not allowed.

*Pool key is photographed before each stay. (pool closes on September 1st)

*Please review my house rules.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.

*Motorcycles/trailers are Not allowed.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.

*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)

*condo is inspected prior to your arrival to make sure all is clean and working properly. please contact me immediately for any questions or concerns.



Interaction with Guests:

Please communicate through the site or app only. I recommend that you download the Airbnb app for easier communication. You can call or text to the private number only in case of urgency.

As a guest of this condo, you'll find barbecue grills, laundry facilities, and an elevator. WiFi is free in public spaces.
