Super clean and comfortable room with thoughtful design options, plenty of parking, friendly service. Breakfast area a bit crowded at peak times and a bit limited if carbs aren't your thing, skipped after first day. Only issue I had as a light sleeper was noise from the room upstairs constantly walking round from about 5:30am on as the floors/ceilings are thin. Would repeat if needing to stay at a hotel in Pawleys again over the resort across the street that was truly filthy and run down in the units we tried.
Bathroom doors, welcome mats and other areas have cute motivational messages.

Coffee was welcome at 6 am when we checked out! We did not try the breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, beds comfortable. We were confused with TV as it looked like they offered lots of streaming platforms. But when we chose Netflix I was required to sign in with my own acct (which I couldn't get to work so no tv for us), But that was minor as we didn’t care about watching tv. Check-in and out was easy even though we arrived early. We’ve stayed here before and will again.

Location of the hotel was good. The bed was very comfortable with great lighting linens. However, the hotel could definitely use some updating and deep cleaning. The door to our room had a good size piece of wood missing. It appeared someone had tried to open a locked door with some sort of toll and took a chunk out of the edge of the door. The door still closed and locked, but not a very good look. My biggest disappointment was in the filthy carpet. I had taken off my shoes and wore only a pair of socks for most of the time in the room. I was shocked at how absolutely black my white socks were after walking on the carpet. It definitely needs a good cleaning or total replacement.
