Liked: Cleanliness, room comfort
The property was truly impressive, with stunning pools that offered a relaxing atmosphere. Our room was cozy and comfortable, making it a pleasant retreat after a long day. While I did notice the absence of a dishwasher, it was no major inconvenience as the hotel provided us with fresh cups, plates, sheets, and towels, ensuring we had everything we needed for our stay.
However, we encountered a significant issue with the hotel staff. They strictly enforced a parking policy that required us to keep our vehicle far from our trailer, even when it was unhitching from our car. They insisted that we park our vehicle in a garage across the street, leaving our trailer in a designated parking spot right next to the building.
On our departure day, we faced an unexpected challenge. A vehicle was parked in a way that completely blocked our trailer, which left us in a frustrating predicament. We were forced to wait for the driver to return, uncertain if they were staying at the hotel or enjoying a day at the beach. Unfortunately, while we waited, we received a ticket, compounding our annoyance with the situation. It was an experience that could have been managed more effectively by the hotel staff.
