The Landmark Oceanfront Resort offers, indoor and outdoor heated pools, lazy river, children’s area, hot tubs, and beach access.
The hotel also has a fitness center, arcade and small shop.

Just minutes from family Kingdom, the airport, Broadway at the beach, the Myrtle Beach sky wheel, the boardwalk, and so much more.

Very comfortable and spacious room with a Queen bed and living area. Sofa is a pull out bed if needed for extra sleepers.
Full bathroom.
Kitchenette with microwave, toaster and mini fridge. Enough to make a quick bite to eat. There’s also a Keurig coffee machine with pods, sugar, Splenda and creamer.
Private balcony with chairs overlooking a roof top. Please be aware that although the hotel is beachfront, your view is not!

Skip the lines! You don’t need to check in. You get a door code so you walk right up to your room and start enjoying your vacation.

How to check in:
1.When you arrive at the Landmark pull into the 15-minute parking at the front of the building and go straight to room 814. You do not check in the lobby. When you enter will be a parking pass & key pad on the table straight ahead.
2. Fill out parking pass and go back down stairs. The parking garage is located across the street. Put the parking pass on your rearview mirror and you can park anywhere inside garage.
3. In order to get to the resort from the parking garage you have to take the elevator to floor 3. If you are trying to get to the parking garage from the resort you have to go to floor 4.
4. You must have the key pad to get into the hotel from the garage.
Guest access:
You have access to the entire condo and amentites provided by the Resort. For example, the Indoor/outdoor pools, arcade room, and washroom.
You do not have access to the water park by the parking garage.
You can access the beach through the outdoor pool area.
Rules:
1. No Parties or large gatherings
2. No smoking
*Smoking marijuana is highly forbidden and is a hefty fine.
3. Quiet hours are between 10PM-7AM
4. 3 maximum guests
Couch can pull out into an extra bed if needed. We supply nice beach towels for you to use. Please return the towels back to the condo.
$100 replacement fee if pool card is lost.
Check out:
1. leave all towels in a pile
2. wash dishes if any
3. double check for personal belongings
4. make sure door is closed when you leave!
5. have safe travels

As a guest of this resort, you'll find a fitness center, barbecue grills, and an arcade/game room. This resort also features laundry facilities and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
