Let this be your gateway for family and friends vacation in the Grand Strand with great 2 bedrooms 2 baths. located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, built around the Myrtlewood Golf Club, just off the bypass, minuets from the beach and all main attractions. Fully stocked kitchen with all basics, sleeps 4.
The Space:
2 bedrooms, 2 baths, Comfortable and specious condo, 2 king beds.
*kitchen fully equipped with all basics (condiments are not included).
* washer/dryer in the condo.
* Free WiFi and cable TV available.
*Pets are not allowed.
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are provided for showers only.
*Linens for each bed are provided.
Guest Access:
The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.
*Access the pool with wristbands (4 wristbands are placed in the kitchen drawer) All 4 Pool wristbands must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband)
*No mailbox for this location.
*Washer and dryer available in the unit.
*Parking is free. motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises.
