Lovely Studio Condo 200 Yards from the Atlantic

Beautiful Second Row Ocean View Studio with all the expectations of a first Row unit, BUT WITHOUT THE PRICE! Bright airy unit with great family facility including refreshing pools, grilling areas and plenty of parking. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. We are across the street from the public beach access and on the south end of Ocean Boulevard, right in the middle of all the fun the Grand Strand has to offer. Very close to the Airport and Convention Center.

Enjoy this 2 bed studio, 1 bathroom, recently renovated condo with the ocean views. It has a washer/dryer facilities on site and the Resort has several pools and a lazy river and and an area for grilling. The space sleeps up to 4 with 2 Full/Double beds.

Right away, you will notice that this condo is different from the typical Myrtle Beach condo. It is so light and bright that you will know you've found someplace special! You will love all of the conveniences and we hope you will appreciate the fresh new look with all of the lovely recent updates.

Step outside onto the balcony and let the salty ocean breeze greet you. Relax on a lazy vacation morning while sipping coffee on the balcony. Enjoy the spectacular sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean that will make you want to return again and again.

Inside, settle down on the relaxing living area chairs to take a much-needed load off. We have a nice flat-screen TV where you can watch your favorite shows or entertain the kids while mom and dad relax on the balcony nearby.

We have a nice kitchenette area where you can whip up some lunches before heading to the beach or If cooking isn’t your thing, enjoy a lovely night out at one of the over 1,900 restaurants of the Grand Strand area. After all, you’re on vacation to relax.

-COFFEE PEOPLE: We do have a Keurig Single K Cup coffee maker in the kitchen. Although we offer a few complimentary K-Cups and sweeteners to get you started, we recommend that if you drink a lot of coffee or have particular tastes, that you do pack your favorites or hit the local stores to make sure your coffee crave is satisfied.
Guests will have access to fabulous shared amenities. Go for a swim in the pool or enjoy a leisurely float along the lazy river.

Just okay

Double booked our room so they gave us a different one. The room overall was fine, the bathtub could probably need some TLC. No balcony in the room that we did receive..Had no communication with the Mark person who is listed as the actual host. Only talked to a guy named John and got let in by an extremely friendly woman by the name of Mary. Was just mostly disappointing that we weren't informed about the room change and that it wasn't the room we booked

The property was as described and offered a lot of bang for my buck. We had a VB tournament for my daughter and enjoyed the stay. The location was righy down the road from the tournament location and there was plenty around to do.

Great stay, cozy room

We enjoyed our stay at this room. The room was clean on arrival. Everything worked (stove, ac, shower had hot water etc). The pool was nice and never crowed. The location was perfect, and in walking distance from the beach. The host's communication was good and we had no issues whatsoever. Would definitely return!!

Amazing get away!
