Top floor 4 story building, centrally located in the best section of Myrtle Beach. Only 5 minute drive to Broadway at the Beach and three golf courses within 1 mile. Centrally located for the WORLD AMATEUR GOLF CHAMPIONSHIP. Fully loaded kitchen, 55` Smart TV`s in Living and bedrooms, free WiFi, washer/dryer and private beautifully furnished patio.

Rooms are just like the photographs, beautifully decorated.

Parking is in front of the building. Always a parking space available. Uber is also available for many attractions are 5 minutes away.

We text your door code to your phone number listed on Airbnb, this will give you both our personal telephone numbers to contact us during your stay.

Great central location, everything nearby within minutes.

Parking is free. Neighborhood is very friendly, walking path adjacent to main road entering neighborhood.

Top Floor Condo overlooking the pond. Great view, fully updated condo with beach towels for the pool. Such a great location for Myrtle Beach.

* Keep noise to a minimum after 9 pm
* Guests should dispose of the garbage in the trash can.
* Please do not rearrange our furniture
* Fake Tan; please bring your own sheets for the beds
* Damages exceeding the Deposit will be billed to the Guest

Excessive noise is subject to cancellation of stay; all guest funds will be forfeited for the entire stay. We have neighbors that have been instructed to call the police for disturbances such as screaming or loud music. We’re not going to monitor your every move, have a good time, just don`t hold a party or make excessive noise. Please respect my home.
