The view is spectacular.. It is 2 bedroom, both king, one with couch/ futon. A dining room, a comfortable living room, and eat-in and fully-appointed kitchen. 15th floor perfect height for spectacular views, but still see the beach!

The space
The balconies are large and oversee the ocean and even down toward Myrtle Beach for amazing sunsets. The sliding glass doors may be opened so you can hear the crashing waves and the soaring seagulls without leaving the comfort of your private rental. Wireless Internet access is available so bring your laptop or tablet and stay connected with friends or work while you enjoy the proximity to the beaches. An on-site gas grill might be enough to encourage the chef in your family to cook something scrumptious outside during your North Myrtle Beach vacation.

The building is the highest-end building in all of Myrtle Beach, known for being the most prestigious and luxurious building there is. It offers 24 hour security, a front desk, on-site maintenance, 4 elevators, a large outdoor pool, a children's/kiddie pool, tennis courts, putting green, game room, driving net, small restaurant, panoramic upscale cocktail lounge and also a Tiki poolside bar. We enjoyed the security of the building and the activities that are available in the area. Upon arrival, we realized we weren’t given the access code to enter the condo. Labor Day weekend 2024

Mitzi was wonderful to work with and her unit was one of the best that we’ve ever stayed in. We chose this location because it’s walking distance for my teen Grandsons to fish off the pier. The pool is huge and clean, and the ocean is steps away. The unit had everything you could possibly need, so well supplied! Mitzi was very quick to answer any questions that I had. It was a relaxing, fun weekend.

Beachfront Oasis

Nice condo building beachfront with a lovely pool. Property is nicely maintained. Condo unit was large and had comfortable beds and bathrooms. This unit was a bit dated, but had every amenity we needed, plus a closet full of beach chairs, towels and an umbrella. We also found a couple of soft side coolers for using at the beach. Felt like staying with family and we had a great time. Property host was very helpful and communicative. I would recommend this property to others.

Gorgeous view

The property building itself has a lot of rules that make it hard to have kids there. Very good for adults. The ice maker and guest room TV did not work. We reached out to Mitzi and let her know about that. The check in process was a mess but I think that was because of the property itself but Mitzi. Overall we loved the place and the view was gorgeous.

Myrtle Beach Getaway

Vicki was a great host and the condo was exceptional. It was very clean, the kitchen was well stock with everything one would need to prepare a meal to eat in. The beds in each of the bedrooms were very comfortable. One of the best I ever slept in. Bathroom were also well stocked with towels and water in showers were hot and plenty of pressure for a great shower. To top it off the condo had great views of the ocean from two separate patios. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to family and friends. Vicki, thanks again for a great stay. Wish our stay could have been longer.

We had a very nice room, especially the view from the 15th floor. Our room had all the necessities needed to enjoy our stay. There was a slight issue with the Air Conditioning but our owner(Vickie) did a great job of setting us up with fans for all the rooms and a floor AC unit! I would highly recommend this unit for you vacation stay!
