Summary:
2nd floor (must climb stairs) Beautiful, Warm and cozy condo. Open space with a balcony and amazing pool view.
Located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, built around the Myrtlewood Golf Club, just off the bypass, minuets from the beach and all main attractions! Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. Condo sleeps up to 6 guests.
*PET OWNERS: Only fully trained pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. Please contact me for details.

The Space:
2 bedrooms, 2 baths, Very spacious condo. 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and 1 pullout sofa in the living room.
Washer and dryer available in the unit.
Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. Dining area open to living room.
Large balcony with beautiful pool view.
Sheets and linens provided. Free WiFi and cable TV available.
*Pets are allowed with pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are provided for showers only.

Guest Access:
Shared outdoor pool in the back of the building. (Small Pool only!!)
(Pools will be closedown in winter time and due to weather)
Free parking on property (please notify host how many vehicles you have and note that motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises)
*NO MAILBOX for this location.

Other Things to Note:
*Charging electrical vehicles is not allowed.
*Must climb stairs.
* Small pool only in the back of the building is for guests to use. no wristbands required. (Big pool is not included)
*Please review my house rules.
*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.
*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.
*NO mailbox for this location.
*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)
*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)
*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)
*condo is inspected prior to your arrival to make sure all is clean and working properly. please contact me immediately for any questions or concerns.

Please communicate through the site or app only. I recommend that you download the Airbnb app for easier communication. You can call or text to the private number only in case of urgency.

This apartment offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
