Such a rare find In Myrtle Beach as there is only high rises....here is a 2 story modern villa , just across from ocean. large private hot tub with large patio area, outdoor kitchen, sitting area with tv and waterfalls. outdoor shower. Expanded extra large kitchen with all new stainless top of the line appliances, 70" smart tv with secure wifi, custom fireplace, half bath downstairs. upstairs 2 bedrooms, one with king, other with 2 queens, large tvs, full new bath with combo shower, laundry room. Just across the street from beach. Great Location and spacious compared to the typical hotel units and condos.

Rare for Myrtle Beach as only the oceanfront condos are zoned for short term rentals.. heres your chance to rent a home steps away from the ocean.
