Our Master bedrooms with private baths & double vanities - a queen, equipped with a TV. And the 2nd bedroom has a private bathroom and a queen , equipped with a TV as well. The 3rd bedroom has its own bathroom , a queen bed and a twin bunk bed .
Our comfy sofa bed could convert into a queen size bed.

Just off of 2nd avenue south in Myrtle Beach! 3 MINUTES walk to step on the ocean sand and a very quick walk to shopping, dining and everywhere else like FAMILY KINGDOM AMUSEMENT PARK; THE BOARDWALK ; 2ND AVENUE FISHING PEIR ; WATERFRONT RESTAURANTS; Also a lot of other walkable dining places; COFFEE/ DOUGHNUT SHOPS that are just around the corner from the house.

You will be provided with detailed check in instruction a day before of arrival. It is a self check-in with a smart lock.

This is the brand new building and address. I may not show up on iPhone map yet. The old address is 403 2nd Ave S Myrtle Beach 29577. Please use the old address for your directions if you use your iPhone map. Our building #209 is blue and our unit is A. But the new address 209 Derby Ct Myrtle Beach Sc 29577 show up on “WAZE” or Google Maps navigation app.

We have a private spacious garage with 2-3 cars. And we can park another car at our own driveway for free.

Please no vaping or smoking in the house if you want to smoke, please do so outside, not in the garage and treat this property like you would treat your own at home!!

Parking is not allowed on the street. The car cannot block any part of the curb or the street. Guests cannot park on the neighbors' driveway! For any parking violation, the guest will be responsible for all towing expenses and tickets.

Great place !

Exactly as described in the listing. Great location, very clean, host is super friendly and very quick to answer questions. Kitchen has everything you need, there’s also 4 beach chairs and a beach buggy that was very helpful. The place has 3 showers and even with 6 adults + 2 teens we never ran out of hot water I strongly recommend this place. Everything is new

Relaxing Week

The property was brand new. We were the first guests, so it was very clean. The owner was nice, easy to communicate with. The property is very close to the beach and the south end of the boardwalk. We typically walked to restaurants in the evening. We would stay here again.
