Loved the location and the beds! Only 1 of the 3 hot rubs were open. We didn't get to enjoy it. We were suppose to have a 3 bedroom suite but had to get put in 2 seperwre rooms due to an issue 3bedroom suite.. 1 of our rooms was not clean at all. Toys from previous kids were everywhere as well as a nerf bullet that my dog choked on. There was hair in the shower as well as soap scum. I was with my mother whom is 79 and has dementia. We wanted to let her sit on the balcony but was unable to do so easily, due to the rusted sliding door frame. We could barely get it open. The front desk staff was SO NICE! This hotel has tons off potential. Needs some updating and better housekeeping.

I have never been to a hotel that does not clean the room... At all. I stayed for a week and no one came to clean. You have to go turn your dirty towels in and they don't even give you what you gave them. I had to go down 2 days in a row to get washcloths. The room was filthy, we had to clean our room. The furniture was filthy, I don't mind that it was outdated it was just gross. The good things about this place is that it was in a quiet area, the pools, the bar and you could walk out the back and be on the beach.

my "ocean front" room was on the first floor. When i opened the curtain to the sliding door i was looking at the pool with people able to walk right up to my door. The music and noise was loud. This should have been noted in the reservation. Additionally the curtains in the bedroom were literally falling off the rods. The bathtub was grungy, the no slip circle in the tub looked black like it was dirty. We requested our money back and a refund was given no questions asked.

This is a bait and switch. The real name of the hotel is peppertree ocean club as stated on the sign. Look it up 1 star. Very dirty and run down. Do not stay here. I cannotbelieve wyndam put their name on this place. Terrible

Within 2 hours of checking in. I got locked out of my room. Metal lock part at the top of the door catch on the door when closing. The security guard couldn’t do anything but give me a “emergency room” for the night. Didn’t have a charger or clothes. Next day I had the option to stay in the same room or get a new one. I got a different room but the key card kept deactivating. Apparently if it gets close to your phone. It deactivates. Other than that it was a good stay. Also they’re updating the rooms. The room I had, had brand new appliances. Very nice for the price and staff are very friendly. Would stay again.

We have filed a complaint for deceptive advertising, safety violations, threatening and aggressive/ intimidating staff and are asking for a full refund. Your own employee actually wrote “we have to take the word of the hotel “ instead of listening to the truth .. all over 400 or so dollars. I refused the 100.00 resolution and they tried to trick my wife into accepting it after placing her in a dangerous situation with one of the hotel “staff” who was being very physically and verbally aggressive with her in an attempt at getting her to “go along” with what he was saying. He actually took the phone out of my wife’s hand. This was a horrible experience that started with deceptive advertising from your booking site

I have been staying her at least once a year for the last 5 years. I love the property but it really needs to be upgraded. Thank you to Jessica at the front desk she fixed my room issue IMMEDIATELY when I reported it. She the best! I love the location just wish it would get a face lift.

Wasn’t what I expected

When I first got to the hotel , the card reader wasn’t working ,I was told to go to the rooms & someone will get with me in the morning . The rooms were set up nice, but as I walked through the rooms I saw hair all over . The elevator wasn’t really working and actually got stuck on it , someone had to push the button from outside. There is also no one to bring you towel’s and When it was time to check out the card reader still wasn’t working & I had to go and get cash out. Irritated was the most of the trip.

A bit outdated. One of the TVs did not work. The plumbing was slow. Otherwise, it was affordable and comfortable. My dog was able to travel with me and that made it all worth it. Would consider staying again in the future.

I checked out of the Ramada four days early.

My room was deplorable. It was infested with gnats when I walked into the room. The room was disgusting. Dirt mold, and rust everywhere. I tried to change Room several times and there was no vacancies.. I checked out of the room four days early and hoped I would get my money back.
