We read on our paperwork from the hotel that the resort doesn't provide room service for people who are staying four nights or less. We were staying for four nights and theirs four women staying in this suite. We had to call down for them to pick up the trash. I did that and the front desk said to just put your trash can out in the hallway and housekeeping will pick up. Well, they did not pick it up. I had to call front desk for this again. The resort of course, provides you wilth white face cloths but they ask you to reuse these towels during your stay. We did that for a few days but after using these white towels for a few days, they get dirty. So, we had to call down to the front desk for more face towels.which was irritating. The resort provides you with two rolls of toilet paper but you need more than that! I had to call down to the front desk for that. The WiFi kept going out, that's garbage! We didn't like the long hike to the parking garage either! Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

The rooms were as pictured, however the pillows and linens were terrible and definitely impacted sleeping. Also, we had an oceanfront balcony which was unusable because of the neighbors who constantly smoked pot on theirs. The elevators reeked of it. My son said the hotel was like a drug den…. It was even coming through the vents in our living room area. Did not mind not getting roomed cleaned daily but requested several times for some extra coffee packets which were never brought, and no accommodation we saw to put trash and we were there 6 nights.

We love the enclave and this was a last minute trip . But the room had an extra loud equipment room, the cleaning staff had the washer machine open, some of the curtains were on their last leg. However they upgraded my room to a two bedroom and even though it was handicap it was enough for the night

Spacious rooms, clean pool, prompt service. Easy access to the beach, and all the restaurants and boardwalk. Property does not provide daily room cleaning if you are staying less than 4 nights. You can request what you need - extra towels, take out trash, etc. They provide prompt service when requested.
