To put it simply, love it!!!! None better. I've stayed at several oceanfront Hotels/resorts in Myrtle Beach and this is an excellent choice! Highly recommend. Only suggestion would be to monitor the parking lot for bike riders. Reported 3 young bike rider's to the front desk. Otherwise the parking garage is well maintained and very clean. Entrance requires the use of your room key which is an extra layer of security in my opinion. Also impressive is the elevators that provide access to your room level only. Another layer of security in my opinion. My complements to all staff. It takes the entire team to provide a consistent level of excellent customer service. It's the consistency that makes Enclave stand out. Never underestimate the impact you have on customer experience. Everything matter!!! Even the small things! Thank you!
