ALSO PLEASE NOTE IT IS ILLEGAL TO SHOOT OFF FIREWORKS IN THE CITY LIMIT AND IT IS ABSOLUTELY STIPULATED THAT THE DISCHARGE OF FIREWORKS IS NOT ALLOWED. LASER POINTERS ARE ALSO NOW ILLEGAL and should not be used from the property. House parties are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. We cater to families with children. If the booking is to a group of individuals then ALL persons in that group must be over the age of 25. We do not cater to chaperoned students nor to students unless ALL guests are over age of 25 years.
