Great customer service and great prices. WiFi is very slow for the amount of rooms, it needs more strength signal since the building is well constructed but the signal is not too strong. Also the pool needs the pool floor resurface and a small store. great location, quiet and great rooms.

Staff is awesome! Very Clean and quiet.Palms by the Beach is budget friendly and definitely worth the money. I have recently stayed at 3 different hotels in Myrtle Beach and Palms is BY FAR the best of them.

I was not pleased. Our room was not ready at check-in time. We had to wait an hour for it to be cleaned, and it was obvious that it was done in a rush.

The stay was alright the pool was closed most the time was sunshine and would say it was storming, then had an additude. They would never give new trash bags or towels u had to go down to them to get the items the ac in my room rarely worked it didnt keep the room cool at all my refrigerator didnt work at all was suppose to get a new one and never did. The garbage in the hallway was not chaged at all till about 2 days after

Overpriced and never got my deposit back. Drug addicts harassing you I asked for the tv remote because they didn’t have one and she said she was going to bring me one but never did. There was puke in the walkway to the car that just sat there the whole time. I wouldn’t recommend this place

Probably would NOT stay there again.

Refrigerator took two days to cool down. TV is only on wifi and kept having to be signed into network. Then it would lose connection. No bath mat with the shower, water on the floor. Best: beach directly across the road. Staff was nice.

Beach access directly across the road. Pool that also had a small sec for toddlers to swim and play in. Two bedrooms. Cold ac. Good shower. Host was super helpful.

Never again!

When we got there there were 2 people ahead of us and 1 person working behind the counter. It took us almost 40 minutes to actually check in. When we finished, there were 3 people waiting behind me in the air conditioned office and at least 10 people behind me waiting outside in 95 degree heat. The office only held 3-4 people. We had no soap or tv remote in our room and after having gone to the office twice for these things, the TV didn’t work the entire night and morning we were there due to weak signal, which means it’s likely nobody had tv. Considering they were charging $417.00 a night, that’s pretty pathetic. When I told the guy in the morning I expected some sort of refund, he said have a good day. The place is a dump from the outside. Never again.
