The sleeping arrangements include 2 King beds and 2 Queen beds, providing plenty of space for everyone.
Enjoy a cozy living area with smart TVs in every bedroom and the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and the convenience of an in-home washer and dryer. Central air conditioning and modern amenities ensure a comfortable stay.
This home is located in a quiet community, offering a balance of privacy and convenience. You’ll be just minutes from the beach, local attractions, shopping, and dining.
Client access
Client will have full access to the entire home, including:
➡Living room, dining area, and fully stocked kitchen
➡ 4 comfortable bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms
➡Washer and dryer (free to use)
➡Driveway parking and limited street parking (two wheels on the sidewalk required)
Please note:
➡The garage is not available for Clients use.
➡No pets and no smoking are allowed on the property.
➡At this 4-bedroom cottage, you will have access to the entire house with the exception of one closet in the master bedroom which is marked.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available if cleaning is complete or if same day Clients booking.

An extra charge of $100 per night per Client applies beyond the base number of Client Make sure to include all Clients in your reservation.
A Note About Nature: Palmetto Bugs
Our home is located in a beautiful beachside area where warm weather and humidity are part of the charm and so is the local wildlife. While we have regular professional pest control in place and keep the property thoroughly clean, occasional sightings of palmetto bugs (large outdoor cockroaches common in coastal regions) may happen.
They are not a reflection of cleanliness, but rather a part of life near the coast. We do our best to prevent their entry, but we want to set clear expectations in case you encounter one during your stay.
CLEANING & SANITIZATION
Health, safety, and well-being of our Clients are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

- Self check-in anytime after 4:00 PM on the date of your arrival.
- Check-out anytime before 10:00 AM on the date of your departure.
- A signed rental agreement may be required for all reservations.
- You as the Client agree that reservations without a signed rental agreement are subject to cancellation and will adhere to the cancellation policy.
➜ No trailers, watercraft, motorcycles, buses, or motor homes are permitted in the garage or street.
This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $3 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

It also gives you a Client portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
