As you enter the condo, you'll find a thoughtfully arranged kitchenette equipped with all the essentials: a mini-fridge to keep your beverages cool, a microwave for quick bites, and a coffee maker to fuel your mornings. While this isn’t a full kitchen, this setup is perfect for whipping up light meals and snacks with minimal effort.

Guest should be advised that this is a non-smoking resort. Smoking is prohibited in the studio AND on the balcony. Should any smoking occur, the full amount of the security deposit will be retained. Sand Dunes Resort does not allow motorcycles or pets. The kiddie water park behind the resort is a privately owned facility and access to it is restricted.
