Welcome to Magnolia Place 103/4789 — a cozy, updated golf villa designed with relaxation and convenience in mind. The fully equipped kitchen features newly upgraded appliances, perfect for whipping up anything from breakfast to dinner. The living room offers comfy seating, a flat-screen TV, and a sleeper sofa for additional flexibility. Step outside to the private, enclosed patio and enjoy peaceful mornings with coffee as the sun rises. The master suite includes a king bed and en-suite bath with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom features two twin beds and an attached bathroom that also houses a stackable washer and dryer.

Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old. We do not rent to locals.
