Overall we enjoyed our stay. We dined in at Coconut Charlie's twice (8/3 and 8/7). Both times we had the female bartender as our server. She was rude and very short with us. After each of us ordered she would say NEXT. After taking our drink order, she wiped down the bar for at least 5 minutes and rearranged the bar chairs before getting our drinks. She carried our drinks by holding her fingers around the rims of our cups. When it was time to pay, she stood over me while i put in her tip on the portable credit card machine. I am a server myself so this really bothered me. The rest if the staff was wonderful, especially housekeeping. The location is convenient and there is so much to do within walking distance. The only other complaint i have is the elevators! Allow at least 5 to 10 minutes to get anywhere using the elevator or just take the stairs.

Didn’t like the congestion in the loading / unloading area. Didn’t like the parking options. Street, public, valet. The valet was the best of the 3 choices I mentioned but expensive and had to deal with the congestion in the loading / unloading area almost every time you requested your vehicle. Hotel, EXCELLENT! Parking, not so much….
