Rooms were smaller than I had imagined. A bit tight. Definitely set up for families, Not couples with no kids. Shop too fine. They didn't have parking only valet. Had to find parking on the city streets. This was a first for us.

The front desk did not explain the elevator rule to us so it took us a while to figure it out. You have to rent the chairs that are on the beach.

Our first stay

So we were checking in they told us we would be charged $200.00 if we didn't charge food or drinks to the room we would get it back at the end of check out. The room unfortunately wasn't clean when we got up to it but they put us in a different room until it was clean. So as our first time staying they did great to fix the issue and the 200 came in hand when the kids wanted food after going to the pool/Beach I would just charge the room.

Spring break

We enjoyed our stay for spring break. But we did have some concerns our carpet was a little dirty upon arriving in our room and we ask for someone to come vacuum the next day, call down to front desk and asked if someone could come vacuum the floor, and someone did come but she gave the vacuum to my husband to clean the floor which we thought that was very rude. Also we were missing the back off one of the remotes for the television and also it was dent in the refrigerator. Parking is also crazy is 25 per day to park.

The valet was way better than expected. On average it only took 15-20 mins to get the car from request but it was still off season. The hotel was good and overall clean. The breakfast buffet had a good spread and was well stocked when it rang out. The front desk at check out was a little grumpy but overall it was a great hotel. The pictures make it look like they have chairs on the beach but they do not. It cost $50 a day for 2 chairs and a cover. It was worth it if you’re spending the whole day on the beach. Overall good stay for our family of 6 for a decent price.
