The description was not accurate

We booked this condo for several reasons, it had mostly hardwood floors & a balcony from master bedroom with a separate bath/shower. When we checked in we got put in a room with all carpet, no balcony and as soon as we walked in a roach ran across the floor. Went back down to the main desk and the manager informed us that they copied a description from a 3 bedroom unit and that they couldn’t honor our request. We paid for the ammenties that we’re describe and didn’t receive any of that!!! I tried to call VRBO and was told to hold for 2 freakin hours or call back. First time I’ve ever booked with VRBO and will be my last!!!!
