The first two rooms didn’t have hot water. The water had to run 45 to heat up to lukewarm. The room phones didn’t work. Our rooms were switched the next morning to a two bedroom but the beds weee smaller, when I informed them of a specific health reason for booking the larger bed, I was informed that no other rooms were available and there were only 9 king sized beds in the entire hotel. We were 1 of 8 guests at the hotel. My concerns were dismissed. There wasn’t any breakfast one morning and no explanation was provided. The second set of rooms had door handles that were loose and did not keep the doors closed. Leaking faucets in the tubs t he at dripped all night. Dirty cups were stuck to the bathroom counter.

The stay was excellent. It's right next to Medieval Times which is very convenient for us. The hotel itself is beautiful inside and out. Room was very spacious and clean, beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was included and was very good. Would absolutely stay here again.

I had several issues with my stay. The door was hard to open, the toilet leaked on the bottom, and both my husband and I had cold showers even though the knob was turned all the way up to get hot water.
