The Atlantica Resort is located at 17th Avenue and is within a few blocks from many attractions including the Sky Wheel, Boardwalk & Promenade, and Slingshot!

This apartment has been completely updated as of March 2024, and we couldn't be more excited to share these features with you! To start, all kitchen, living room, bedroom, hallway, and bath walls were repainted with warm and inviting colors. New furniture was installed throughout, including a couch that converts to a bed, an accent chair, a dining table, nightstands, a queen bed, and so much more. New curtains, wall décor, bed runners, and decorative pillows were also installed throughout. In the living room, a stunning new accent wall with a built-in LED fireplace was added—guests will love relaxing by the fire on the new sofa or accent chair. The kitchen features a new tile backsplash, adding a modern and stylish touch, and the guest suite was enhanced with a beautiful new stone accent wall.

Most recently, additional renovations were completed in Winter 2025, further elevating the space. The bathrooms were beautifully updated with new vanities, modern light fixtures, backlit mirrors, and LED faucets that indicate water temperature for both convenience and style. The living room was also upgraded with LED accent lighting installed behind the television, creating a sleek, ambient atmosphere perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

Upon entering, to your right will be the guest bedroom. This room features a new queen size bed, a nightstand, a dresser for extra storage, new curtains, a stunning stone accent wall, new decor, and a flat screen TV. The guest bathroom is accessible from this room and from the hallway as well with a jack-and-jill style door system. This full-size bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity with accent lighting and a sink.

Just down the hall to the left, guests will find the master bedroom. This room features a king size bed, two new nightstands, a small chest of drawers for storage, new curtains, new wall decor, large TV, window providing natural light and beautiful view of the coastline, and access to the ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity with accent lighting and a sink.

As you continue walking down the hallway guests will find the kitchen. The kitchen area features stainless-steel appliances including a full-size fridge/freezer, stove/oven, built-in microwave, dishwasher, granite countertops, new tile backsplash, plentiful cabinet space, and kitchen sink. We provide all basic cooking utensils, cookware, dishes, silverware and much more! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of incredible dining options within a short walk, drive or uber. Uber eats, Door dash and other food delivering services are very popular in this area as well! Just before the kitchen is a stackable washer and dryer behind newly installed curtains! Guests will love the convenience of being able to do laundry in the convenience of the condo!

Moving past the kitchen, guests will have access to the private living area. This space is the most relaxing part of the apartment. Guests will have access to a brand-new couch that converts to a sleeper sofa, a new accent chair, a newly installed accent wall with LED fireplace, a new dining table, two end tables, a coffee table, a large wall-mounted TV, and access to the private balcony with stunning oceanfront views. Many of our guests have spotted dolphins and the most beautiful sunrises and sunset from the balcony!

Pack light! We provide our guests with 8 bath towels and 8 washcloths (per bathroom), soap, shampoo, lotion, conditioner, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, and more! Our guests will have access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi.

The Atlantica is a PRIME location in close proximity to Broadway at the Beach, convention center, and just a couple blocks North of the Boardwalk and Sky Wheel. Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to free parking and beach access.

It's important to note that this property has a minimum age requirement of 25 to book. Reservation holders must be at least 25 years of age or older in order for their reservation to be valid. Reservation holders under the age of 25 are at risk for potential fines and eviction
