Rooms are pretty dated. Had mold around the AC vent. Only two elevators to service 19 floors with 10 rooms per floor. There was times it took 10+ minutes to get an elevator down to the lobby. Great views from the rooms. Spacious.

The staff was amazing!! We stayed for basketball Nationals and it was crazy busy. But the staff was very helpful. We stayed on 5th floor, the room was clean but the elevators & rooms are outdated.

This property needs remodeling. Our first impression when we arrived was an employee kicking down the lobby entrance door trying to fix it. The girl at the front desk was very friendly, so I thought everything was going to be fine. However, to our surprise, when we got to the room, there was a tremendous stench of humidity and a bad smell. We immediately realized that the air conditioning wasn't working. We immediately went down to the front desk and they sent their employees to the room, but they couldn't fix it. Their response was to wait for the next night shift to see if they could fix it, meaning it wasn't safe. With small children, we couldn't risk something that they most likely wouldn't fix. We asked to change rooms, but they didn't have any more available, so we had to cancel and of course our planned vacation was ruined. This has never happened to us before. We are very disappointed! We are waiting for our refunds!!!!

Room was nice. Bed was good. View was fabulous. Hot tub is spacious. Building has 19 floors, so if you have fear of heights, request a lower room.

Left another hotel that was awful and came to this one, what a breath of fresh air. Clean room, amazing pool, right on the beach. The bar was overpriced but that’s what you get in a hotel. Will rebook to come back next year.

Overall the resort was good, good amenities. The problem was that the air conditioning unit went out in our room and it got hot in there, which made it hard to sleep. Maintenance was called but the problem was not resolved and we were not offered a solution to the problem.

We had a great view, the check in process was super easy, and the staff that checked us in and bartender were awesome. My only con was even after we asked, our room wasnt cleaned, and the cleaning staff were stand offish.
