Won't stay again

Broken toilet on 1st day took over 24 hours to fix with multiple contacts to the company. Lights quit working in that same bathroom so we ended up showering and getting ready in the dark. Beds are not comfortable. Back bedroom/bath is HOT while the rest of the condo is cold with thermostat set at 68*. Broken lock. Smelled stale. Elevators and halls smelled. Long waits for elevators. Pools were cold. Hot tub was ice cold one night then too hot to get in the next. Space was adequate. We rented both units.

Weekend trip

We were in town for the weekend for a 2 day cheer event. Room did the trick for us. Requested a late check out of 30 mins (10:30) and was denied due to other guests checking in at 4pm…also had to reach out at 430 the day of arrival because I still had not received the code to door to get checked in so that was frustrating. Other than those two issues the room itself was fine along with the amenities at bay view
