Nice view. Friendly staff that showed us our room in advance. Nice cleaning staff. Many guest rent here yearly for month long periods in the winter. Property a little old but well maintained. Good value. Close to several good restaurant and shopping areas.

1. Toilet seat that stays up. 2. Lamp shade that doesn’t resemble something from the South Bronx. 3. Painted walls that are falling apart. 4. Sink faucet that works properly This is a lower priced stay, but these should be basics at any stay at any price!

Besides me being exactly where i belong! The staff was awesome with good personalities, friendly, and helpful. The best thing was being here with the man i fell in love with and want more than anything else, even a roof over my head. I love you Aj phillips! This is an older hotel/motel but the access to the beach is very good and staff works diligently. The pool is nice for kids. It was well worth the money
