Located very close to all amenities…only a few steps away from Sandy Mart, the pet park, nature center, and lazy river. Fully furnished and offers covered parking, an outdoor kitchen, and an outdoor lounging/entertainment/dining area. Golf cart is optional only after a phone conversation with the owner.
All guests must be 25 years or older to book.

Peaceful home

Joyce was an amazing owner to work with. The house was the cleanest rental we’ve EVER had. Beautiful outdoor kitchen and seating area that the entire family enjoyed. We spent a lot of hours enjoying the deck and beautiful outdoor furniture. Great place to relax and get away!
