Downtown Mystic - Newly Renovated Apartment

Newly renovated apartment in an old house built in 1845. The property is right in the center of Mystic on the Groton side of the draw bridge. Walking distance to restaurants and area attractions including Mystic Seaport Museum. Off-street parking. Short drive to Stonington Borough and Watch Hill RI.

Maximum of 2 people allowed. All guests must be at least 27 years of age. No parties allowed on premises. Pets not allowed. No smoking on premises.

Unit 2 is located on the ground floor and offers the following layout and amenities:
- One bedroom with queen-size bed

- Living room with couch and 50" TV. Streaming and live TV is through Hulu
- Full kitchen including stove, oven, fridge, microwave

What a lovely place to stay. Centrally located near all the best restaurants and shopping Mystic has to offer. Everything was walkable. The apartment itself provided all the daily amenities anyone could ask for and we are looking forward to staying here again in the near future. Oh my gosh, where do I begin with how great this place was. First off, it's gorgeous, perfectly located and clean as a pin. The owner is very responsive. But the little touches! Tea and cookies in the kitchen. Nice soaps in the bathroom. Wine glasses. Two quilts. Hulu is included. Excellent time!

Excellent location. Right in the heart of downtown Mystic. Off-street parking is a plus. Apartment is newly renovated, clean, and comfortable for two. Kitchen was well-supplied. Small patio in back was a perfect place to unwind. Mike was the best host. He was available when I called and gave us some excellent ideas for places to visit that were not originally on our radar. Great Location, Delightful Place

The location is prefect-just a short walk down to the bridge and about 1 mile to the Seaport. The apartment was well appointed, clean and very pleasant. We stayed at an upstairs unit last summer and this one was just as nice!
